Frontier Touring Book

Every Poster Tells A Story:
A Poster Book - 30 Years Of The Frontier Touring Co.

I have a small mention in this book which features 30 years of posters for Frontier Touring shows in Australia and New Zealand.

Locally, I have worked on quite a few of these posters for New Zealand adaptation along with Mark Roach who has several designs in the book.

In my local capacity I update the supplied Australian art with local details and manage production of art for print and press ads but do design or adapt the odd poster for Frontier when required.

Nice to see a book full of posters of the many shows.

My Friend The Chocolate Cake

A few images from the My Friend the Chocolate Cake May 28th show in Melbourne at the Arts Centre.

The merchandise table was very busy with the band signing copies of their albums and MFTCC t-shirts and tea towels (designed by me) flying out the door! The tea towel won-out on the night as the most popular item.

Greg Fleming and The Trains Live Show Last Night

Played a great live show with Greg Fleming and The Trains and Don McGlashan at The Whiskey Live last night. The show was sold out.

The Whiskey Live runs over the entire month of May featuring the cream of New Zealand's artists and bands.

A very small bar means the audience has a chance to get up close to the artists.

The Trains played a stripped-back acoustic set featuring songs from the forthcoming album Edge of the City.
John and Dom from The Trains also played with Don McGlashan (being members of Don's Seven Sisters band).
